We encourage you to contact our support team at support@doktor.se, and we will make every effort to assist you. Furthermore, you may also reach out to the Patients' Advisory Committee ("Patientnämnden"), the Patient Ombudsman in your region, or the Health and Social Care Inspectorate (IVO) to submit a formal complaint.
