All our referrals are sent by post and therefore take a couple of working days to arrive at the clinic, the postal service can also affect this.
For questions about the assessment of your referral, booking and waiting time, you need to contact the clinic where your referral has been sent. We cannot answer questions about this from customer support. You can find contact details for the clinic at, for example, 1177.se.
If your referral has not arrived after a week, please contact us via support@doktor.se.
If your referral is rejected or sent back to us, we will contact you via text message or letter.
