Which certificates can Doktor.se assist me with?

We are able to provide assistance with the following types of certificates:

• Certificate for a canceled trip or booked event
• Sick child care certificate (Vab-intyg)
• Sick note/sickness benefit (sjukintyg/sjukpenning), days 8-14
• Physical activity prescription certificate (FAR-intyg)

Should you require a different type of certificate, we advise you to consult a physical healthcare provider, such as your local clinic.

Please note that our doctors are unable to issue retroactive medical certificates for sick pay or trip cancellations. For these matters, a visit to your clinic is necessary. However, VAB certificates can be issued retroactively.

To request a certificate, please initiate a new case in the app, log in using BankID, and select the "Certificate" category. Provide a description of your request, and a healthcare professional will evaluate whether a certificate can be issued.

Important! If you initiated a case through the website, kindly download the Doktor.se app, as certificates are sent as PDF documents via chat (this applies to travel and VAB certificates).
