I have a digital doctor's appointment with my health center. How do they contact me?

You will receive a call from your health care center through the Doktor.se app on your booked appointment. Before your meeting you must sign in to the app with your bankID. When you're signed in, you don't need to choose a specifik category but instead just wait for the call. A notification will appear when it's time and allow you to answer. Please be aware that the time of your appointment may differ somewhat, please allow your doctor a few minutes to reach out.
