Account for patients from 16 years old

For children aged 16 and older, the child needs to have their own account and log in with their own Mobile BankID.

There are two versions of BankID for children: Mobile SecurityID (Mobilt SäkerhetsID) and Mobile BankID (Mobilt BankID). They both are used to identify yourself in digital environments but they have different use cases.

Mobile SecurityID (Mobilt SäkerhetsID) is a light version and cannot be used to identify yourself in the Doktor.Se app. Mobile BankID (Mobilt BankID) is an electronic identification system and can be used to to identify yourself in the Doktor.Se app.

Please make sure that your child has Mobile BankID (Mobilt BankID) in order to be able to log in into Doktor.Se app and use digital services.
