How do I close my account on Doktor.se in the Android app?

To close your account please follow the instructions below, so we can help you close your account with accordance with GDPR.

Open the Doktor.Se app and authenticate yourself with BankID
Press "Settings"
Then go to your name and press the edit button in the top right corner
Press "Remove account", you can also add a comment on why you choose to close your account

If, for some reason, you cannot access the app, please get in touch with our support team at support@doktor.se. Attach your phone number, and we will assist you in closing your account in accordance with GDPR.
