If you live in a region that has joined the electronic exemption card service ("e-frikortstjänst") on 1177, then you can obtain your information there.
- Please visit 1177.se and log in.
- Choose "Other health issues" under the category "Other".
- Click on high-cost protection ("Högkostnadsskydd") for outpatient care under the heading high-cost protection ("Högkostnadsskydd").
If your region has not joined the electronic exemption card service ("e-frikortstjänst") on 1177, please contact your healthcare center and ask for your exemption card ("frikort") details.
If you have a physical exemption card ("frikort"), the information is available on it.
