Can I use Doktor.se if I have protected identity?

Modified on Fri, 23 Feb at 2:35 PM

There are different types of protected personal data. You can use the Doktor.se app if you have the type of protected identity where you can still use your own mobile BankID.

When you register in the app, your personal data is automatically retrieved from SPAR, the Swedish state personal address register. If you have protected personal data, the information about you will be presented as protected personal data.

We can prescribe medications for you if needed. If you need a letter or similar from us, this will be sent to you via the Tax Agency's (Skatteverket) forwarding address ("förmedlingsadress").

Unfortunately, we cannot assist you in the app, if your child has a protected identity. Please contact your clinic for further assistance.

If you also wish to receive physical care with us, you can register at one of Doktor.se clinics.
