How can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Digital appointment

If you have a visit to our digital skin clinic or to the midwife, you can cancel/rebook via the app. You do this via the "Av-/omboka" ( Cancel/rebook ) category. 



Here's a quick guide:

  1. Don’t have the Doktor.se app installed on your mobile device? Begin by downloading the Doktor.se app from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Already have the Doktor.se app? Open the Doktor.se app on your mobile phone or tablet.
  3. Select "Log in with BankID" (Your BankID must be installed on the same device as the app)
  4. Switch the app language to Swedish. 
  5. Tap "Sök vård nu" and then select the person you are seeking care for.
  6. Select Digital care. 
  7. Here you can choose to write "Avboka" in the search field and then the suggestion "Avboka möte" will appear, which you then press. You can also press "Visa alla" and all categories will appear. If you scroll to the bottom of the page, you will find Vårdadministrationen and the "Av-/omboka" category.

Clinic appointment

The easiest method to reschedule or cancel a clinic appointment is via 1177.se.

Urgent Care

The simplest way to cancel or reschedule your appointment at Urgent Care is through the SMS you received when you booked your appointment.

If you have a visit to our digital skin clinic or to the midwife, you can cancel/rebook via the app.
